SOLVED: Outlook Cannot Sync Subscribed folders Since June 2017 - Microsoft Community


hi guys,

last weekend (25th june) did feature upgrade on windows 10 pro laptop , since cannot download e-mail of imap accounts.  2 hotmail accounts work fine, imap ones give me error 'outlook cannot synchronise subscribed folders (0x800ccc0e)'.  have 2 other w10 pro machines running same version of office 365 home, neither of have had update yet, , both of these still work normally.  there have been no other changes software (e.g. antivirus).  have picked through account configuration , it's fine.  difference notice on 2 pcs haven't been updated, imap security can set either tls or ssl, specifics in dropdown, while on updated laptop shows "tls/ssl", suggests laptop has different version of outlook (although version number , build seems match on three)?  i've tried various older suggestions resolve issue no avail.  suggestions?

usually if adding imap mail account use auto setup page , such no settings required entered.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
