Email limit problem - Microsoft Community


i have had outlook account 4 years. have multiple email addresses (non-outlook) attached it, use outlook email address send new emails. instead, use 1 of business email addresses.

around beginning of year (2017) updated outlook 2016. yesterday, tried send out mail merge 400 people. when i've done in previous years, sent emails 1 of other (non-outlook) accounts. time, sent them outlook account (i can't figure out how change setting sends account want). after sending out of them (i'm not sure how many) got message saying i'd reached daily email limit. can deal this? it's big problem me.

when updated outlook 2016 made changes account, including name of email address, didn't initiate or intend. treating me new account , consequently lowering email limit? 

a few minutes ago signed in outlook account online , used sms verification service because read help.

 i suspect related ms office outlook , not outlook.com (browser based) posted this.  if correct please either repost in ms office category version have using category tab @ top of page, or move thread there.
