Exchange Users not being able to preview attachments via Outlook on - Microsoft Community


we have users reporting cannot preview attachments, instead having download , open. problem seems randomly occur, , has been increasing in user-fails recently. there no specific error message upon this, blank loading screen.

is there support regarding feature of outlook?

background:

-using outlook on web (office 365 business essentials)

-attachments pdf's excel word documents.

-using mozilla firefox browser

may know whether have tried check issue via using different browsers such (latest inprivate browsing session in internet explorer or private window in firefox or incognito chrome browser)?

firefox browser latest updated? please provide detailed version this.

please clear browser cookies check issue.

if still have problem, please try troubleshoot issue via using pc (e.g. non-problematic colleague’s pc) determine whether specific client side issue.
