HP Desktop/Outlook2010 PST files Xfer to iMac & Office365? - Microsoft Community


i have ton of windows-based hp desktop pst (outlook2010) files on hp hard drive want keep move new imac using office365.

while it's still office2010 - windows10.

can i?

no problem copying pst files new imac hd (will take time of course...) - if still accessible.

but can use office365 on imac , still access old office2010 pst files?

may set-up new email account take advantage of windows cloud & office365 moving forward - hate lose years of emails...

big can provide step-by-step instructions on how accomplish this!

in experience, outlook mac 2016 can import pst file onedrive or hd.

 

here steps import pst file:

open outlook>click tools in ribbon>import

 

if want import pst file onedrive, may upload pst file onedrive first.
