Mails from outlook (IMAP account) are not delivered to certain - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have browsed forums in search of solution, problems similar mine have been reported several years ago, doub apply version of outlook.

it serious problem having, mails not being delivered customers, , no error issued.

i considering discontinue outlook pc mail client, because cannot business doubt mails not delivered.

has encountered problem recently? advice?

problem description:

the environment:

  1. i have office 365 home edition, keep date versions. outlook product use.
  2. i have configured in outlook office mail account (in domain live.com), plus several others, including gmail , hosted imap account
  3. i use outlook mail client emails account, apparently no problems of time.

the issue:

some customers of mine not receive mails (what issue, right?).

i tried analyze symptoms:

  1. it happens mails send via outlook pc mail client,  through business email account, custom imap account (not gmail, yahoo, or hotmail)
  2. recipients corporate email addresses (not gmail or yahoo or hotmail)
  3. no error returned ever, , mails appear in sent folder
  4. if send mails mail client (other outlook on pc) correctly delivered
  5. if send mails outlook pc mail client, customers, putting in copy personal gmail or hotmail account, delivered every recipient except customer.
  6. i have checked imap server provider, , there no errors in imap account parameters in outlook pc client configuration (and can send no problem recipients).
  7. i noticed, though, several synch issues errors in outlook. believe not related issue, because sync errors have not connecting server, keep mails in outbox (which not case).

if access problem mail account via web browser access, menu bar show "outlook.mail" or "outlook.email"?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
