Manual entries in resources (Exchange) - many rooms = - Microsoft Community


hey there,

we have our front desk enabled view , edit our room calendars. bigger office more rooms have. 

now new colleague head office 2 weeks , added rooms of office outlook.

now every morning has problem cannot edit (delete, create etc) calendars. gets error:

and @ moment there 1 fix. deleting appdata local outlook folder.

i not find hotfix this. or hard limit (10 calendars @ time?)

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
