**OUTLOOK 2016 EXCHANGE CALENDAR INVITES KEEPS CONVERTING HTML - Microsoft Community


i'm totally baffled why in outlook 2106 when copy rich text calendar invite converts plain text.  copy , save invite, see screen flicker (refresh) , changes plain text.

i checked setting in file-options-mail-compose messages , set html.  known problem outlook 2016, or there setting need either uncheck or check?

 i suspect related ms office outlook , not outlook.com (browser based) posted this.  if correct please either repost in ms office category version have using category tab @ top of page, or move thread there.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
