Print Screen Images Not Being Sent On Emails on Outlook 2011 - Microsoft Community

we have same issue, running macos sierra. 

outlook 2011 14.7.4

it seemed start @ macos sierra 10.12.4 upgrade.

the screenshot show until outlook restarted , shows blue ? icon.

on recipient end there no evidence there inline screenshot apple mail clients.

emails apple mail outlook work expected.

recipient email client not seem make difference, no clients seem indicate there image.

there no notification screenshot did not work until later when sent item shows blue question mark icon.

to solve problem, i’d know following information:

1. can see screenshot in outlook mac 2011 client’s sent items?

2. screenshot of affected email interface on recipient’s side.

3. image formats including jpg , png have issue?


moreover, suggest try suggestion in following articles see whether there improvement.

how print embedded images in e-mails?

images “faded” emailed outlook 2011 mac.

meanwhile, still recommend our users can switch outlook mac 2011 client outlook mac 2016 client. outlook mac 2016 client becoming more powerful , useful.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
