favorites folder won't keep order in outlook 2016

this becoming frustrating.  there no issues in windows 2007 when used outlook 2016. using outllok 2016 windows 10 each time close outlook , re-open position , order  of favorites changes. have 1 exchange account , 3 imap accounts , 30 favorites items

any ideas anyone. can microsoft help!?

the folders may change it's order due several reasons. isolate issue, kindly answer following questions:

  • what type of email account primary email?
  • do use account on more 1 computer?
  • what add-ins have installed in outlook?

get answers can assist further.
