Outlook 2013 error : 'The attempted operation failed. An - Microsoft Community


i using outlook 2013 in have 2 profiles (2 mail boxes) configured, 1 default work company mailbox , other manually configured client mailbox. have been using these configurations since 6 months.

from 1 week however, getting error while clicking 'reply all' option email. error statement : 'the attempted operation failed. object not found.'

surprisingly, 7 of colleagues facing same error.

i tried following methods none of them worked me.

1. repairing microsoft office 2013

2. deleting existing profile , create new profile (the client mailbox).

3. unchecking 'compatibility' option

i not able find other solution anywhere in internet.

please experienced community provide me solution other listed above.

all updates done

full repair of office done

outlook connected zarafa server.

other computers connected zarafa ok

there lack of information outlook, found in event log

microsoft outlook
the attempted operation failed.  object not found.
