Outlook copying myself and another user in to email when sending email - Microsoft Community


when send email myself, outlook cc'ing (copying) myself , user in email. other user shares calendar me, , have no rules set up. can please assist??

to find out why happens when send email yourself, please answer following questions:

  • does same thing occur when using outlook on web?
  • did happen after installing updates office 2010?

try same thing using outlook on web , check if automatically add other user when sending email yourself. if does, let's use category turn off automatic cc in outlook. can follow steps on page turn off automatic cc using category.
