Outlook for Mac 2016 and GMAIL - Microsoft Community


i have corporate gmail account set company under gmail servers, have office 365 account allows use outlook. use macs. 

i have managed set email account under outlook mac 2016 , although had work around (adding 2nd password in gmail etc) works ok part

however, whenever send email , go sent folder, each email gets duplicated. 

any idea why happening?

please check setting:

open outlook mac> accounts > advanced > folders, make sure "don't store copy of sent messages" not enabled.

if issue still persisits, please let me know if web client shows same result.
