Outlook for Mac 2016 disconects from server-based rules - Microsoft Community


when using outlook mac 2016 (with latest updates) , ms exchange version 15 build 1263.5 users cannot access server-based rules. when outlook first opened accessible after minute or less no longer accessible. same thing out of office. firewall on mac turned off firewall on windows 2012 server exchange on.

any ideas?

may know mean “they not accessible”, mean (server based rules) disappear there? and, since server based rules, should exist (were synced to) in outlook web app (owa). may re-confirm whether exist there. 2 screenshots, 1 not accessible in outlook mac , other exist in owa.

know not accessible, (rules) work in outlook mac?

have mentioned “firewall on mac turned off firewall on windows 2012 server exchange on”, understanding using same account in both outlook mac , outlook windows. if so, can check if temporarily quit outlook windows , see if there update.

way, using exchange on-premise (only) or hybrid environment?
