Outlook messages keep moving back to junk mail - Microsoft Community


when use outlook (as part of office 2013) move small number of e-mails junk folder inbox. after 10 or 15 seconds move junk folder, emptied in interim resulting in messages going deleted folder. happens on both laptop , desktop, doesn't seem happen if use outlook.com.

i've searched web no avail. thought re-installing, why happen on 2 different pcs?

thanks response vasil, think may have solved it. ms sent instructions upgrading outlook.com new version , required re-adding user's ms account. resulted in 2 accounts in outlook, old , new, once deleted old 1 unwanted e-mail movements seem have stopped.

i'll continue monitor this, seems have stopped. hadn't made changes av (mcaffee) not entirely add-in issue.
