Outlook Personal Folders repair Tool - Microsoft Community


after upgrading outlook 365 on local pc times why try , move email offline folder receive message box run outlook folders repair tool, do. folders work rest of day. next day when try , move email, receive same message. repair tool option not show 1 folder.

i running repair tool 3 4 times day. today received message 3 times same folder. seems crazy run repair tool many times. folders created in office 2010 , added profile when moved office 365.

for office 365 account, can try using the sara tool diagnose , fix issue.

try remove , re-add problematic folders profile see if works.

if issue persists, i’d confirm following information to narrow down issue:

  1. a screenshot symptom error message.
  2. do mean have tried repair outlook data files?
  3. the issue happens “offline folders”. right?
  4. do error when move emails other folders except offline folders?
  5. regarding offline folders, clarify how add them profile?
  6. if add offline folders pc's outlook profile, issue persist?
