Outlook save emails from one account (work account) to - Microsoft Community


for years have been saving work emails corporate inbox comcast account folders ( dont trust our systems).  both accounts imap , work fine respective cloud sites.   when drag email 1 account , drop in folder on other account complete toasts outlook.  after hours realized if remove personal account outlook fine again , can add personal account no problem.  try move email... same result.

is feature no longer supported?  btw...  have blown office , reinstalled , upgraded office pro plus 2016,

this issue may have occurred due software conflict. further research concern, kindly answer following questions:

  • have tried repair outlook application?
  • have made changes prior issue?
  • have tried using different work account or personal account , see if can drag email 1 account , drop in folder on other account?
