Unable to load/view shared calendars - Microsoft Community


we have multiple calendars users in our organization have had access until today. when try open calendar, following error message: "(calendar name) didn't open. please try opening calendar again."

some users still able view calendars other users getting error messages about, , have not changed our sharing permissions.

we have tried reloading calendar, logging out , in, , restarting computer no results.

thank post. understand if opening shared calendar on outlook client or viewing shared calendar on outlook on web (owa).

if using outlook client, please check if “download shared folders” has been checked. can follow step article reference.

if steps above did not solve issue, please provide following information narrow down issue:

1.) the detailed outlook version, , specify if (deferred/current/first release) channel. provide os version details. 

2.) screenshot of error message.

3.) check if problematic users have same permissions set on normal users can access/view calendar.

4.) please provide detailed steps on how access/view shared calendars.
