windows 10... happening on officce products... , driving me crazy. updates current... please help!

hi garth,

there several reasons may cause outlook , office applications crash or stop responding, 1 of system files corrupted.

we following questions answered:

  • what last activity performed on computer?
  • have tried performing system restore?

meanwhile, can follow these steps repair office application:

  1. right click on start menu select control panel.
  2. double-click programs , features.
  3. click microsoft office 365, , click change.
  4. click quick repair, , click repair. may have restart computer after repair process complete.

note: if crash issue not resolved after use quick repair option, use online repair option.
