Blank Folder Appeared? - Microsoft Community


i noticed empty folder without folder name appeared in gmail mailbox folder list in outlook 365.

i can't find folder on gmail backend , when try delete in outlook option greyed out.

it's kind of annoying wondered if there anyway rid of it?

hi,

to resolve concern regarding gmail mailbox in outlook 365, suggest remove , re-add gmail account in outlook, , see if same thing after.

let know how goes.
