Cannot update one occurrence of meeting, receive error message 554 - Microsoft Community


 when a user updated meeting on outlook, received error message saying update notification not received recipient (the recipient within organization).

the meeting generated error recurring one, he updated only one occurrence.

please kindly check below error message.

thanks information,  helps lot me understand update meetings. still, couldn't find information related cause of error 554 5.2.0. ,  which resulted failure of update.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
