Email signature font size change in certain circumstance - Outlook - Microsoft Community


1. have set our email signature font size 11pt in main content, , 8pt contact info.

2. in circumstance, when create new/reply/forward email, font size of email signature have set (11pt > 10pt; 8pt > 11pt).

3. not occur every time. after restart outlook normal. 

4. problem not caused zoom.

5. suspect due office update.

anyone else can provide solution resolve problem?

to resolve concern, suggest download microsoft office configuration analyzer tool 2.2. tool can automatically diagnose issue , fix range of outlook problems.
