office 365 hybrid - administratively share multiple calendars with - Microsoft Community


hello all,

our ceo has asked me share calendars set of 16 users outlook client.  she done "administratively" meaning wants me "push button" , make happen without 16 users being involved.

my question:   there way without going on each of 16 users' outlook client , sending share invitation ceo?

p.s.  we have hybrid configuration:   exchange 2010, office 365

since using exchange server program used on business environment, suggest posting our concern on our technet exhange server 2010 forum. there professionals on forum can further concern. also, our technet forum users using microsoft business programs
