Outlook 2016 Client based - Microsoft Community


i using outlook 2016 (client based) , windows 10 machine.   when try add account (roadrunner - imap) test email gets sent successfully, not able add account - getting memssage 'an encrypted connection mail server not available'    suggestions?

the error "an encrypted connection mail server not available" occurs while configuring email account. assist concern, may refer link on how issue resolve.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
