Outlook 2016 Custtomer Manager - Active yet? - Microsoft Community


we're on first release , office 365 premium , looking forward customer manager feature our users. have seen the customer manager button appear in clients in outlook 2016, clicking on opens pain , 'swirly circles' and never else. i've tested internally , externally , same.

i have not seed in admin portal yet for cm. possible clients got updated before backend ready? or there need light up? i'm starting curious users pushing button , asking (includes me too!).

i’d confirm following information narrow down issue:
1.  does issue happen every user in organization?
2.  the detailed version of outlook client. please navigate file> office account> office updates check it.

meantime, may need time tests on side.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
