Outlook, Office 365 Expand/Collapse problem - Microsoft Community


since 'upgrading' windows 10 creator edition when delete items deleted items folder on outlook, office 365. version 1703 (build 7967.2139 click run) intermittently expand groups. have go view, collapse groups return outlook home page. can offer advice?

  • are using laptop or desktop?
  • what make , model of computer?
  • do have third-party antivirus software installed on computer?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far resolve concern?
