i monthly subscriber microsoft products.

all of sudden, powerpoint 2016 not open/work , sometimes, word 2016 not work.

i current on updates.

can please advise?

  • did make changes on computer prior problem?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • are getting error messages when opening powerpoint application? if so, can send screenshot? note: please not include personal information.
