Problem with Outlook 2016 receiving att.net email - Microsoft Community


can't add att.net email outlook 2016 on new computer. can receive att.net email on outlook.com , mail program comes windows 10. not outlook 2016. keep getting pop window says: "enter user name , pw imap.mail.att.net. if put in information, brings same pop on , over. else have issue , there solution? password (mine has letters numbers)? getting frustrated! at&t tech no --- said talk microsoft.
