hi, having same issue, cannot send live.com , outlook.com. did resolution this?

based on description, have pure exchange 2010 on-premises environment , using outlook 2016. issue happens when try sending live.com , outlook.com.

 

please check if issue happens when try sending live.com , outlook.com   through web client.

this can identify if issue related outlook client or account.

 

if issue happens in web client, may need contact account provider check issue.

 

if ok in web client, issue related outlook client. i’d confirm following information:

1. saying “cannot send live.com , outlook.com”, error? if so, please provide entire error via the private message.

2. the detailed version of outlook client. please navigate file> office account> office updates check it.
