Unwanted outlook box - Microsoft Community


i keep getting box popping up. have entered username, password, done options, not show several weeks, dozens of times week long time. know how rid of it? have win 10, 64 bit, msft. edge, msft. outlook 2010,

check credential manager , delete credential e-mail account.

then next time pops up, re-enter information , check box.

sometimes saved credentials have issues.
