Version 15.32/33 cannot compose/reply to messages .. help! - Microsoft Community


hello,

i updated outlook mac morning , update went pretty smoothly. used slow update mechanism.

however, cannot compose new email or reply email. clicking on buttons nothing. can read emails , receive them well.

i used fast update lastest version there hoping solve issue did not.

very annoying problem!!

i using macos sierra (10.12.3). appreciated.

recently, few community members have reported same issue after new update of outlook mac. here workarounds reference:

  1. please check if have webex add-in installed. if yes, disable or uninstall plug-in , relaunch outlook give try.

  2. go full screen mode.

  3. reinstall previous outlook version.


if seeing behavior , not have webex plug-in, please leave comment.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
