Font Color changes after sending Email from MS OUTLOOK 2007 - Microsoft Community


i have problem outlook.

whenever write , send email someone, notice color , font changes in body of message. example, first few lines of message blue in color, rest of message , signature change different black color & font.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
