i have windows 10 , microsoft office 2013, includes outlook 2013 on new pc. when installed, got emails no contacts.  cannot find anywhere how contacts , calendar installed.  please help.

hi joe,

a few possible reasons can cause of issue. identify cause of problem, know following information:

  • are using outlook.com account or third-party email account?
  • which type of email account configured? (pop3, imap or exchange)
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

in meantime, suggest repair outlook profile. please note repair option isn't available if you're using outlook connect exchange account.
