Outlook 2013 not showing contact group in "my contacts" - Microsoft Community


have created new contact group, when try , search group, nothing showing in "my contacts".

hi,

there several factors why experiencing said issue. outlook not updated or fault can because of plug-ins installed. suggest follow steps below:

method 1 - run office repair:

  1. right-click start button (lower-left corner), , select programs , features on pop-up menu.

  2. right-click microsoft office product want repair, , select change.

    note: if have suite such office 365 home or office home , student 2013 or 2016, search suite name, if it's particular application want repair such word or excel. if have standalone application such word or excel, search application name.

  3. from "how repair office programs" screen, select online repair make sure gets fixed, , select repair. quick repair option available, runs faster detects , replaces corrupted files.

    note: if copy of office msi-based, select repair , click continue. if need figuring out if office click-to-run or msi-based, see below.

  4. follow instructions on screen complete.

method 2 - run outlook safe mode:

  1. right-click start button (lower-left corner) in windows, , click run.

    alternatively, can press windows logo key , r key on keyboard.

  2. in run box, type command: outlook /safe, , click ok.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
