Outlook 2016 cannot resize photo anymore - Microsoft Community


dear all,

i used able right click on photo in outlook (html mode) , select "size , position" , resize photo 50% or smaller (maintaining aspect ratio). of sudden stops working (this option had been gray out). still able morning.

the photo capture using windows 10 built in snipping tool , pasted on outlook.

hi thomas,

if office application not working properly, restarting may resolve issue. however, if doesn’t work, suggest online repair on office program. this, follow steps below:

  1. go control panel , click programs.
  2. select programs , features, right-click microsoft office 2016, , click change.
  3. choose online repair , click repair.
  4. once you’re done repairing program, restart computer , relaunch outlook.
