Outlook can't connect to office 365 server - Microsoft Community


i tried add strings registry still can't find office 365 server.

do have alias add on our domain controller.

i understand encounter error when connecting outlook office 365.

first, since using office 365 account, identify if can connect office 365 server, please login owa and check if can use owa successfully.

if owa ok, issue should related outlook desktop client side. i'd suggest try following:

1. repair office control panel.

go control panel, from category view, under programs, select uninstall program. right-click office product want repair, , select change.

from the how repair office programs screen, select online repair to ensure gets fixed, , select repair. can select quick repair which runs faster detects , replaces corrupted files. online repair does uninstall , complete repair takes longer.

2. download microsoft support and recovery assistant (sara) from following link , run fix issue on pc.

you can select outlook > need setting office 365 email in outlook to run tool.
