Outlook for mac 2011 no longer connects to Exchange server (since - Microsoft Community


i have lost ability connect company exchange server using mac outlook client (2011). 

i can confirm exchange server still working can connect using windows outlook client. iphone updating correctly. 

only outlook mac client not working, , coincidently stopped working when performed office mac update last night. 

any ideas on how go confirming diagnosis? better still resolving it??

since auto-discovery failed manually setting exchange sever address works, understanding auto-discovery of exchange server account shouldn’t correct. correct address, recommended contact local exchange admin help. and, may deliver above information admin further troubleshooting if auto-discovery address ok.
