i have same problem outlook mac - images not being forwarded (plain text or html not matter, recipient of forwarded message not image either)

hi robert,

 

troubleshoot, need collect information:
  1. the detailed version of outlook mac. (open outlook>click outlook in taskbar>about outlook)
  2. can access images in “send items” folder?
  3. are problematic emails specific senders or senders?
  4. which types of images cannot forwarded, jpg, png or both?
  5. can recipient access images cannot forwarded if download them, attach them new email, , send email?
  6. the .elm file via pm after dragging forwarded email “sent item” folder , initial email desktop.
  7. about “the recipient of forwarded message not image”:

(1) if images forwarded attachments, can recipient not download images or there no attachment?

(2) if images forwarded content, there blank replaces image or can images not display? if reply email, issue exist?
