Search Contacts Other Phone - Microsoft Community


using outlook 2010 in contacts have phone numbers in home phone, mobile phone , other phone.  for reason other phone numbers not showing when doing search.  when in "more" common properties other phone isn't there.

please advise

there number of reasons why you're not able see of contacts. isolate issue, need additional information:

  • how search contacts?
  • is first time you've encountered issue? able search "other phone numbers" before?
  • did make changes prior issue?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
