Shared mailbox not working - Microsoft Community


hi,

we experiencing trouble accessing shared mail box.

when try access  the folder in 0365 message "you're request cant completed right now". see getting mail cannot access it.

i've tried removing , adding again users have access mail account has not worked.

what can do?

couple of things;

check companies network/firewall isn't blocking communication exchange server. 

second check technet numerous fixes; 

technet microsoft



Office / Outlook / Other/unknown / Office 365 for business
