Why are level 2 technicians and managers not following through on - Microsoft Community


have had horrid time support level 2 technicians. have not followed through countless appointments have made me. despite having case number level 2 can not talk until go through gauntlet of initial level. forget asking manager. when let go level 2 can wait 1:15 minutes before technician claims can not you have case number have 1 call you. have been waiting 36 hours call , has not happened. call make appointment, time , not call. send note saying not @ home when were. reply email request. give time. nothing happens if ask confirmation. forgot, phone number give brings initial level. super irritating.  has been going on month now. not know call assistance out of labyrinth. 1 microsoft better this.
