adding Project to Office 365 Business Premium - Microsoft Community


hi

i have bought professional on line , have tried add office 365 business premium account cannot.

there issue sharepoint service plans. when try add service following error.

you can't assign licenses contain these conflicting services: sharepoint online (plan 1), sharepoint online (plan 2). review services included each license, , try again.

when turn off sharepoint online plan (2) bundled project, following error.

to assign license contains project online service, must assign 1 of following service plans: sharepoint online (plan 2).

so doing wrong...

i assume want associate my new project online current sharepoint licence?

the error occurs when similar licenses such sharepoint online (plan 2) , sharepoint online (plan 1) have been assigned same user.

therefore, check if user has been assigned sharepoint online (plan 2) license before since there sharepoint online (plan 1) license in office 365 business premium license?

if so, can remove sharepoint online (plan 2) license user assign office 365 business premium license or untick sharepoint online (plan 1) license when assigning project online professional license user. can refer below screenshot.
