could please confirm if can configure outlook e1 license users ? or e1 users can use mailbox web version of mailbox ? please confirm

generally, user can configure enterprise e1 account in outlook 2010 client without problem. however, please note previous versions of office, such office 2010 may work office 365 reduced functionality.  for reference:

in case, still recommend use office 2016 comes office 365 proplus best experience office 365.
