How can I get the envelope icon to go on outlook 2016 when reading - Microsoft Community


office 2010 annoying sticky envelope icon on outlook 216 task bar icon staying there if emails read. way can rid of envelope right click on inbox , select mark read. there known fix this?

after consulting related team, told expectation envelope removed when read email in outlook. it not matter if read on device. if read email on device, envelope not removed.
