Outlook 2013 has stopped working - Microsoft Community


outlook 2013 has stopped working in windows 10.  have attempted run in safe mode (outlook /safe) , failed.  have "changed" microsoft office in installed programs both online , offline repairs , still not run.  program starts open , stops.  gives error box stating microsoft outlook has stop working, looks solution problem , says again has stopped working , problem has occurred, windows close program , notify me if solution available.

it ran fine until i setup email service/activesync on android phone couple of hours ago. can still access email phone, not outlook 2013 on laptop. but might coincidence , have nothing laptop outlook issue. 

of course, "changed" install, none of microsoft office works.  says have reactivate program , have been given ultimatum... activate 1-12-2017 or else.  have 2 problems since don't remember account activated (*** email address removed privacy ***, *** email address removed privacy ***, *** email address removed privacy ***, *** email address removed privacy ***, etc).  have several.  each account enter says wrong one.  install disks @ office product code or use fix excel, , word (though use these two)  hope can find them.

in order effectively, need know if there changes made before issue occurred. also, did mean when said "changed" install?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
