Outlook 2013 Unknown error 0x800xxx69 - Microsoft Community


i have imap account works correctly on other e-mail clients, in outlook when testing account setup, fails message: unknown error 0x800xxx69.

i tried solutions proposed in following links, none of options make sending of emails work.

i using microsoft outlook 2013 (15.0.4893.1000) on windows 10 64bit.

account type: imap
incoming server port: 993
outgoing server port: 465
authentication required: true
