Outlook 2.22.0 for iPhone will not properly display certain HTML - Microsoft Community


i installed outlook app store (apple) ios on iphone runs ios 10.3.1. messages encoded html show html code , not message or it's graphics content. in case unreadable message notification message esilo.com. email hosted network solutions imap mailbox. version of outlook 2.22.0.

the message displays using email client included iphone , can read using safari browser , email provider's "webmail" client network solutions.

the message display html code begins <!doctype html public "-//w3c//dtd html 4.01 transitional//en"> , not message graphics , text. charset utf-8.

microsoft's outlook tech support on 5/01/2017 unable locate settings allow me make change display message , not html code.

contacting outlook support using chat feature unsuccessful. typing , forth 30 minutes, not help. suggested post question community see if others having problem , if solution has been found.

the categories listed below windows products , don't directly mention outlook ios devices.

any or suggestions appreciated.
