i have tried above steps can not message removed still seen below.

outlook mac client version:microsoft outlook mac version 15.33

mac os version: sierra 10.12.4

the update fix have gone out either last week or week insider fast.  if up-to-date week's release (170503) , problem still happening, please go "help" -> "contact support" direct 1:1 support.
