Outlook is crashing - Microsoft Community


hello! canceled old email 365 , outlook crashing. believe email canceled "parent" email account , not having server connect causing issue. have worked person , not know next. 

i have made several attempts contact reinstate account @ 365 have 90 day policy, no 1 call me back. not having email days while working killing me , eating time. need help!

in order better understand issue, please collect following information:
1. said "i canceled old email 365". please give me old email account via private message security.
2. error message when outlook crashing? please capture screenshot it.

many factors can cause outlook crashing. please try following steps check if works.
1. run "outlook.exe /safe" in command line. if issue won't occur, means add-ins cause issue. please go file > options > add-ins > manage com add-ins > go > uncheck add-ins checkboxes.
2. create new outlook profile.
