this started happening me when upgraded windows 10 computer office 2016.

the description precisely correct.  standard fix not work. outlook somehow alters font in parts of many of emails when people reply them.

this appears "bug" persists april 2017!

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
