picture's right-click "size and position" and "format - Microsoft Community


paste picture (such snipping tool), right-click on it, "size , position" , "format picture" greyed out in outlook 2016 version 1705 (build 8201.2102 click-to-run).

size can adjusted clicking on picture tools above format on ribbon, , adjusting vertical/horizontal values.  adjusting horizontal value seems keep aspect ratio correct , automatically adjust vertical value.  ribbon doesn't give way scale percentage.

file --> office account --> office updates says i'm up-to-date of 26-june-2017.

i tested feature in outlook 2016 client version 1706 (build 8229.2045) , found issue solved in version. currently, version in first release current channel. if want use version, please contact office 365 admin help. also, can wait update released outlook client. please keep monitor updates of outlook client.
